Here I am. What a wonderful 3 day weekend! We camped and made it just one night before getting a room for the remainder of the weekend. I couldn’t wait to get back in the gym! Came back Monday, and went to the gym for a quickie cardio sesh that same evening. Then, this workout last night!!
I love hitting my glutes and hammies! Realized, I don’t hit my quads enough. Am actually stronger in my hamstrings at the moment. Slow and steady, baby! That negative contracting of my muscles!! Yesss!!!
