Well. I did it. I put the hurt on all of my muscles tonight. It had been a while and while I worked out my whole body, with a little extra concentration and emphasis on my glutes, back and chest.
Warmed up. Always. And light stagnant stretching throughout the sesh. So. 12 minutes on the elliptical.
Then, seated leg curls, lying leg curls, seated leg extensions, lat pull downs, reverse seated machine flyes, standing cable flyes, seated rows, reverse seated leg press, and reverse standing hack squats. (I made some of these names up, cause the heck if I remember!)
Anyway. Like I said. I am gonna hurt. I wobbled out of Gold’s Gym this evening.
