Trained Glutes.


Warmed up on the stairmaster for 1o and walked straight over to the the squat rack after. Gloves tonight, because I need to wear them more often. I did 5 sets.

Starting with 25, I went up to 35 on each side, and then 45 and then 50, doing 2 sets of 50 (or a 100). Mostly, just 8 reps each.

Then after, Hack Squats.  4 sets. Mostly, I did just 12 reps.  A couple times I pushed through and did a few extra reps.  I stopped with 55 pounds on each side.

I was at the gym close to an hour before I called it. It had been a little while since I did squats. It felt real real good.
