Why I prefer morning workouts!

Bc, on days when I want to go twice, I can still lift in the evenings.

Bc on days when I just wanna relax after work.

The best times to do cardio are early or late.

I always start drinking water sooner and more of it.

I’m more rested bc I get to bed earlier so I can get up.

To name a few. When do you like to work out and why?!

[This is Nikki, my 2 1/2 year old Boston Terrier.  She goes with me everywhere!]
